Instagram stories rolled out in 2016 and in that short amount of time they’ve become the most stared-at social content available. Now, more people on Instagram view and interact with stories than they do actual postings– which makes it PRIME advertising real estate!

However stories have always been a bit of a pain because the ad creative needed to fit certain sizing dimensions unique to stories. Up until now, Facebook didn’t have the capability to reformat ads to fit stories, so you couldn’t select it as a placement with any other option.

Not anymore! Facebook’s most recent update now allows you to select both the Facebook feed AND Instagram stories placements- adjusting your ad creative to fit both!

There are a few specifics you’ll want to know and think about before running your ads in the feed and stories simultaneously, but I’ll go over all that in today’s Hard Facts!
